What brand of shirts do you use?

Our unisex tees are Fruit of the Loom model 3930 which is a top quality 5 oz, 100% cotton, medium weight tee. Occasionally, due to supplier stock issues, we will substitute a Jerzees or Gildan brand shirt of the same quality and weight.

All ladies tees are Gildan g5000l (missy cut - slight hour glass contoured shape) 5.3 oz, 100% cotton tees.

All tees are considered an industry standard medium weight. They are not see through thin but they are not super thick either.

Payment

We Accept all major credit/debt cards and PayPal directly through PayPal. PayPal is one of the world's largest online payment processors. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. PayPal's check out process is very fast, simple and secure. Purchases on your credit card statement will be listed as Advantage Printwear / PayPal.

My shop is in Florida, so we must collect sales tax on all shipments to a FL address.

Refunds/Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your Clueless Tees purchase, items may be returned for a refund/exchange (shipping fees are not refundable) within 21 days of shipping date. Returned items MUST be in new condition - UNWASHED and UNWORN. Items that are stained IN ANY WAY (dirt, debris, deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors) ARE NOT RETURNABLE. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. It will go back onto the credit card or into the PayPal account that placed the order. Customer must obtain a RMA number before returning items to Clueless Tees. Please contact us via email and tell us that you would like a refund. Include the reason for the return and your invoice number. We will respond with details and a RMA number. Customer is responsible for ALL return/exchange shipping expenses.

Items will not be eligible for a refund if:

    Item was refused upon delivery.
    An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
    Shirt has been worn, washed or is stained in any way.
    RMA request was made after the 21 day return period.

When sending an item back to us, we recommend sending it via a trackable shipping method. Return shipping is completely at your own risk. If we do not receive the item back we cannot credit you for the cost of that item.

Refunds/exchanges are processed only upon return of product in new condition. Be patient refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.

If you receive the wrong item, wrong size or wrong color due to OUR error, don't worry, we will take care of it. Please contact us ASAP and explain the problem. Please include your invoice number and phone number if you would like us to call you. You have 21 days from the shipping date to request a replacement due to an error on our part.
